What to Bring & Do

Photo ID and Insurance Card: Physical copies required for registration.

List of all current medications and supplements: Include dosages if possible.

Previous medical records or imaging: Any X-rays or MRIs of the feet/ankles from other facilities.

The shoes you wear most often: Bring your primary work shoes and athletic shoes for gait analysis.

Any custom orthotics or inserts: Bring what you currently use, even if they aren't helping.

A specialist referral: Only if explicitly required by your primary care physician or health plan.

Avoid applying lotions or creams between your toes: It can mask symptoms or interfere with the examination.

Remove nail polish: Required if you are being seen for a toenail concern or diabetic evaluation.
